Who We Are

On June 20, 2021, our founder, Justin Remschneider, finished his lawn and garden projects for the day at his home in Cincinnati. Justin has long been passionate about these projects and wanted to do more. He took a few photos of the lawn and garden projects he had completed at his home and made a post on Nextdoor, offering to provide his service to others in the community.

The demand was overwhelming.

Responses came flooding in and within a week, Justin had purchased new tools and all electric equipment to meet the demands of the business, a vehicle dedicated solely to the business, and officially formed Remschneider Lawn & Garden. Working independently and at times with his family, he took on lawn and garden projects big and small for customers throughout the Cincinnati area, rapidly building a list of over a hundred satisfied customers by the end of the first season and getting voted both Nextdoor’s 2021 Neighborhood Favorite and being awarded Angi’s 2021 Super Service Award, all while continuing to work his full-time job in the casino industry.

The momentum continues to build.

Today, Remschneider Lawn & Garden continues to provide reliable and eco-friendly lawn and garden maintenance services to homes and businesses in the Cincinnati area. Justin’s passion for lawn and garden projects, the environment, and providing great customer experiences continue to set him apart. Like-minded team members are now being brought on. An extremely generous performance bonus further ensures team members are taken care of and not only complete projects, but own projects, preserving the high standards for service that we set from the beginning.
