Initial Seasonal Edging

Includes initial/seasonal edging of curbs, walkways, driveways, and ground level patios. This provides a barrier to protect your curbs, walkways, driveways, and ground levels patios, protects your lawn, prevents soil erosion, and boosts curb appeal.

Recommended in spring season.

Lawn Dethatching

Includes lawn dethatching to remove the thick layer of dead plant material (i.e. thatch) from your soil. This allows air, water, and nutrients to reach your plants and soil again, as well as allows for your lawn to drain better.

Recommended as-needed in spring and/or fall seasons or every five years.

Lawn Aeration

Includes lawn aeration to create holes in your soil. This alleviates compaction so air, water, and nutrients can reach your grass roots, which allows for your lawn to better manage heat and rainfall and maintain a healthy, rich color.

Recommended in spring and/or fall seasons.

Lawn Seeding/ Fertilization

Includes seeding and fertilization of lawn to repair and maintain a thick, healthy lawn. This promotes a lush, green lawn that fends off weeds, insects, and diseases.

Recommended in spring season as-needed to repair damaged areas of your lawn, in the fall season with lawn aeration, and/or once every three to four years.

Pruning and Hedge Management

Includes pruning and/or hedge management to remove dead and dying branches and stubs and promote your plants’ shape. This allows for new growth, promotes your plants’ natural shape and healthy growth, and deters pest and animal infestation.

Heavy pruning and hedge management recommended in late winter season, early spring season, and/or ongoing light maintenance in the spring, summer and fall seasons.

Brush, Small Tree, and/or Shrub Removal

Includes removal of brush, small trees, and/or shrubs.

Recommended as-needed.

Honeysuckle Management

Includes uprooting and/or trimming to 1’ stump of honeysuckle.

Recommended in January and/or February.

Weed Removal

Includes manual clearing of weeds.

Recommended weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as-needed from March through November..

Mulch Replenishment

Includes removal of old mulch and application of 2-3" of new preferred mulch.

Snow Removal

Includes removal of snow from walkways, driveways, and patios, as well as application of Snow Joe MELT Premium Environmentally-Friendly Blend Ice Melter w/ CMA where necessary. Snow events over 6” are subject to an additional 50% charge and snow events over 1’ are subject to an additional 100% charge.

This service will trigger upon the request of the customer as-needed.
