Annual Program

The Annual Program includes our Snow Removal Package (as-needed), Cleanup Package (twice a year),  Lawn Mowing Package (weekly or bi-weekly), Landscaping/Garden Bed Maintenance Package (weekly or bi-weekly), and Leaf Clearing Package (once a year) with services scheduled and provided year-round according to our recommended service schedule.

Lawn Mowing Package

Includes lawn mowing, lawn trimming, and blowing of walkways, driveways, and ground level patios.

Recommended weekly or biweekly from mid-March through November.

Cleanup Package

Includes pruning and hedge management of small trees, perennials, and shrubs, clearing of leaves, small branches, sticks, weeds, and clutter from landscaping/garden beds, bagging of debris from aforementioned services, application of ½-1” topcoat of preferred mulch, and application of Preen Natural Weed Preventer to landscaping/garden beds.

Recommended in March and/or April in the spring season and October and/or November in the fall season.

Leaf Clearing Package

Includes clearing of leaves, small branches, sticks, and clutter from all lawn and landscaping/garden areas, and bagging of debris.

Recommended in fall season as-needed to manage leaf accumulations. Please note that mulching leaves through regularly scheduled mowing is recommended ahead of leaf accumulations as mulching will add nutrients to your lawn.

Landscaping/Garden Bed Maintenance Package

Includes pruning and hedge management of small trees, perennials, edibles, and shrubs from garden and flower beds, clearing of leaves, small branches, sticks, weeds, and clutter from landscaping/garden beds, and bagging of debris from aforementioned services.

Recommended weekly or biweekly from March through November.

Snow Removal Package

Includes removal of snow from walkways, driveways, and patios, as well as application of Snow Joe MELT Premium Environmentally-Friendly Blend Ice Melter w/ CMA where necessary. Snow events over 6” are subject to an additional 50% charge and snow events over 1’ are subject to an additional 100% charge.

Upon acceptance of this package, snow removal service will automatically trigger at the accepted price for any snow event over 2” that occurs from October to April.
